About Krysztof Nemeth:

Taking equal cues from the masters of pin-up and fetish illustrators of the past and from contemporary photographers, designers, thinkers and artists, Krysztof has developed a style that is sharp and clean, sensual and fun. This is stylish work that never degrades itself or its viewer by merely sinking into pornography: the fetishism expressed in this work is a shared experience between viewer, artist and in the consciousness exuded from the iconography and symbolism being portrayed.

"Fetishism is a language, an intricate dialogue with an incredible range of meaning and expression. The power of a symbol, a signifier, a signpost on the journey to transgress the bounds of sensuality. The interpretation, the play of meaning that sexualized objects and subjects hold together in their understanding of each other and what they bring to their dialogue is a brilliant, magical, nearly spiritual thing. Whatever reason something is arousing to us, it is part of our internal language and affects the way we view the world. It is the admitted Fetishist that is exploring this dialogue to the fullest."

Not only is Krysztof's work a portrayal of the darker side of a sexual dialogue, but also continues the tradition that has always been a strong theme of pin-up art: that there is a sense of fun and playfulness to it. Krysztof states: "Erotic art as a genre celebrates the intelligence of the viewer, their appreciation of sensuality and their inherent understanding that sexuality at it's best is mischievous and playful."
