ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 26, 2006 -- Several new laws affecting motorist and traffic safety
will take effect beginning Jan. 1, 2007, according to the Automobile
Club of Southern California.
Laws taking effect Jan. 1, 2007 include: No "Trunking"
AB 1850
makes it unlawful for a person to knowingly drive a motor
vehicle while another person is riding in the trunk;
riding in the trunk is also illegal.
