Toys Outside
a story - Fact or Fiction?

Almost all of the activities in our Community are usually held indoors. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to Play with your Toys outside? Well I've had that opportunity now once a year and this year it was really fun.

Every year inside the Realm of Leather (out of doors venue) at our Gay Pride Festival we scatter around the Realm a selection of Toys so that people can try them out. The Realm has gotten bigger and bigger every year and this year we had over 8500 people visit us. On display and available to try were two St. Andrew Crosses, a Stocks, a couple spanking benches and this year something special a big chain spider web.

What's fun and special about this is to watch people who obviously have never seen BDSM Toys get introduced to them and play with them under supervision. This year
the Stocks were clearly the most used Toy. As always my St. Andrews Cross gets used a lot.

In general people are behaved when they use the Toys but on occasion you have to help them use the Toys in Safe, Sane and Consensual ways. So you kind of have to work with them showing them the best way to use one Toy or the other. This year being spanked while in the Stocks seemed to be the most popular activity.

The Realm runs both days (Sat & Sun) at the Festival. Sunday afternoon tends to be the lightest traffic but this year we were busy both days all day. On Sunday afternoon we were visited by a group of young ladies who not only showed a LOT if open interest in each other but also just went crazy on the Toys. One particularly amorous pair fell in love with, and on, the chain spider web. So we had to gently ask the pair to "please take it indoors".
