Having access to a spanking bench opens up a whole
new dimension of CP play. Unfortunately, wooden horses are usually
bulky and hard to conceal, which can be a problem if friends or
relatives pop in for a surprise visit.
What most CP players really need is a sturdy, lightweight bench
that can be easily broken down for storage when spanking time is
over. Like this little devil here.
The design is ridiculously simple. Just wrap some padding around
a board and attach a pair of Rugged Buddy Folding Sawhorse Legs.
These powder-coated steel legs lock firmly into place, are designed
for heavy loads, and sell for about $35 a pair at Amazon.com.
This particular bench was made with the 28" legs, but 34" legs
are also available if your spankee is on the tall side.

Step
1: Cut your board to length and then sand,
stain and varnish as desired. I opted for a 4' length
of 2x8, but you can make your bench as long or as wide
as you like. |
 |
Step
2: Get your materials together. For this project
I used 3" foam and blue vinyl. When the nice lady
at the fabric store asks what you're working on, just
tell her you're reupholstering some old bar stools. |
 |
Step 3: Position the
board
on the foam padding. |
 |
Step
4: To
make life easier, hold the foam down with your knee and
temporarily tack it into place with upholstery tacks. |
 |
Step
5: Position the board and padding on your
covering material. |
 |
Step
6: Now pull up the first tacks on each side
in preparation for wrapping the covering material around
the padding, and tucking the edges underneath. |
 |
Step
7: Start wrapping the vinyl over the foam. |
 |
Step
8: Tuck the edges of the vinyl underneath
the foam on one side, and then nail the whole mess down
with wide-headed nails. Then pull up the next tack and
keep going down the line. I think this process works
best if you complete one side first and then move on
to the other. |
 |
Step 9: An upholsterer
I'm not, but the foam and vinyl are firmly nailed into place.
They're not going anywhere. |
 |
Here's what the board looks like with padding in place. Now the rest is easy. |
 |
The Rugged
Buddy Folding Sawhorse Legs. Mounting brackets, hardware
and rubber feet are all included. |
 |
Step
10: Mount the mounting brackets as per the
manufacturer's instructions. |
 |
Step 11: Mount the legs to the mounting brackets |
 |
That's
it. Now the next time you want to see your partner's backside
high in the air, ready for a good strappin', just pull your
folding bench out from
underneath the bed and tell 'em to "Assume the position. |
