18 USC 2257 Partial COMPLIANCE NOTICE
The owner of the content
of The Dominant’s View is Canadian and
is a permanent full time resident of Canada. Therefore we believe we
are not
obligated under the United States of America 18 US 2257 as a secondary
provider. Also, we are not a commercial site, meaning we do not sell our
content to our viewers. All content of The Dominant’s View is
freely available. We feel this also frees us from obligations of 18
USC 2257
HOWEVER
In so much as that we agree with the basic principles of the act and
that under no circumstances do we wish accommodate underage sexual images
to be shown on the Internet (or anywhere else for that matter), we are
voluntarily complying with the areas of 18 USC 2257 that make sense to
us. Therefore we have or are taking the following steps to partially
comply with the new regulations until there is a final legal decision
made on the temporary injunction filed by the Freedom of Speech Coalition.
1 – We are removing
all amateur content received prior to Sept 2003.
2 - We have been ICRA labeled since Sept 2003 (TDV's change of ownership)
3– We will request a copy of model id for all remaining images
on this site. If we are unable to obtain the identification or the
PRIMARY producer cannot guarantee the models are over the age of 18
at the time
the photos were taken they will be removed.
4– Record keeping will be as follows:
1 copy of government
issued ID per model wth known model names.
A list of where that model’s photos are located on this website.
The contact information of the PRIMARY producer.
FSC exempt providers will be noted in place of identification and model names.

5– Effective Sept 2005 Amateur Images will no longer be included with
new issues of The Dominant’s View.
6– We will only use images from the USA that can be verified under
18 USC 2257
